Date: Aug 7, 2017 Location: São Paulo, SP, BR Company: Ericsson Job Summary: We are now looking for a Customer Network Support (CNS) Intern that will deliver support services to our clients. You will be part of a CNS team and together you will identify business leads and promote Ericsson products and services to secure add on sales. This will require detailed customer networks knowledge and knowledge of the customer strategies. As a CNS Intern at Ericsson you will enable efficient service delivery of contracted customer support services by driving the Customer Support Request within our support organization. You will also take active part of the Emergency Handling support. Responsibilities: The Customer Network Support Intern is responsible for Assistance to Ericsson customers for problems related to the operation and maintenance of telephone networks. Identify business opportunities with the client and add on sales Ensure delivery of support services contracted aligned with customer's SLA Participate in technical solutions in Customer Support area, promoting technical solutions. Key Qualifications: Education: Graduating in Computer Science or Engineering (from december 2018 and forward) Domain experience: Technical support Advanced level of english Additional Requirements: Experience in technical support is a plus PROPS-C methodology knowledge is a plus Ericsson portfolio knowledge is a plus Why is Ericsson a great place to work?
