Customer Marketing Engineer

Job Description

As a customer marketing engineer, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Customer acquisition primary division contact for field/customer; Know your customers aspirations and challenges
  • Present business proposals and value proposition for system solutions
  • Keep design wins on track and resolve issues as customer champion; Identify global market needs and develop market recommendations
  • Forecast existing product demand and potential new business- Ensure CCD makes good on customer commitments
  • Ecosystem deals and contract negotiations VP and C-level
  • Provide input into marketing plans

An ideal candidate would exhibit behavioral traits that indicate:

  • Self-starter working style with the ability to quickly identify challenges and then rapidly brainstorm and implement solutions
  • Passion for technology with the ability to comprehend and explain user experiences and product features in a simple and relatable manner.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record for closing deals


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 6 years of industry experience
  • 4+ years of business development experience
  • Drive customer roadmap by tracking and managing opportunities, along with assisting field to achieve design-win/revenue goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of relevant industry experience
