**You:**



Are an analytic explorer, driven by the quest of conquering the unknown with experience in the Customer Interactions space. You would love to unearth impactful correlations between video viewership, broadband usage, mobility usage to customer life events. You’ve demonstrated success in wrangling large sets of disparate data to utilize in your analytics. You are excited by a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.



**What you get to do:**



Detective work. You get to study customers' digital interactions through a complex web of systems; you'll explore patterns, correlations and extract meaning from the noise.



**This means:**



+ Quickly understand key data elements and their locations, prepping queries to accelerate analytic speed

+ Identify key segments / clusters of customers for targeted marketing offers

+ Build out data visualizations and easy to consume analytics that drive product performance

+ Work closely with the marketing product team to help guide product based on analyses

+ Partner with the marketing teams as the insights, models, and segmentations drive impactful marketing



**Qualifications:**



+ 10+ years in advanced analytics field

+ Video streaming analytic experience a major plus

+ SAS, SQL, Python, Hive experience

+ Experience in supervising a team

+ Experience in Churn and Revenue analytics

+ Bachelor's degree or preferably, an Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computational Science, Computer Science or Technical MBA
