Job Description
Job Description

1. CSM/Change Management are responsible for aligning, optimizing, and troubleshooting systems setup and operations procedures with stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

a). Driving projects

b). Partnering with stakeholders to identify issues, benchmark for solutions, and follow-up on performance constraints

c). Partnering closely with customers to conduct needs analysis and provide guidance

d). Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders impacted by changes or new initiatives

e). Participating on or managing projects and ensuring deliverables are completed within the required timeframe

f). Evaluating the effectiveness of changes

g). Serving as a consultant to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement


Qualifications

Qualification:
1. Proven ability to communicate and present effectively
2. Intermediate project management skill
3. Strong time management skills
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes
5. Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills
6. Strong partnering and teamwork skills
7. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple complex projects
8. Partnering with process areas to understanding tools, processes, and challenges
