Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team working on Intel Architecture Core projects towards future roadmap. This includes setting the vision and goals for the team working with stakeholders in strategic planning, SoC customers and Intel Architecture Cores Group Org. Identify the future needs to scope out the project, determine resource and expertise needs and drive project execution. In addition to day-to-day functional managements, the expectation is to manage people to Intel management standards and building the strategic capabilities for short and long term needs of the group. Grow the Organization's skills and drive employee career planning in sync with Org needs.


Qualifications

You should have a minimum of 18 years of relevant industry experience.Experience in managing the delivery of highly complex high-speed hard IPs/Designs is a must.Demonstrated familiarity with all functional domains spanning Logic, Verification, Timing, Physical Implementation, Physical Verification & Integration, etc. is highly desirable.Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Management and Networking skills are a must.
