What You'll Do

You will be responsible for working with customers, sales teams and partners to position winning solutions and architectures aligned to customers business requirements. This role is also focused on being a technical leader to influence, scale and enable the Cisco sales community through internal and partner collaboration and training engagements.

You will be working with Cisco field account managers, systems engineers and partners to plan sales strategy, develop proposals, and deliver customer presentations.

 

Who You Are
You will have a level of comfort communicating across all functions within Cisco, as well as with customers and partners. Deep technical product/solutions expertise in Core Cisco Collaboration Technologies including CUCM, UConn, SME, SBC’s, Voice Gateway and overall Core Solution Design. You will have In-depth knowledge and strong operating experience with Cisco’s Video Solutions (VCS, TMS, TPS, and Expressway). Strong understanding of key verticals such as Retail, Healthcare, Finance and Manufacturing. Expertise and experience with Competitive offerings including Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business is desired. A background in application programmer and interoperability through API’s is strongly desired. 
You will ensure successful Pilots, Proof of Concepts, Demos and Lab support. You will Perform in-depth and high-level technical and sales presentations for customers and partners. Participate in Integrated Account Planning and have the ability to provide strategic vision and technology direction.Influence and Shape Product Development based on Enterprise Customer Requirements. Major account focus may require some travel

Our minimum requirements for this role: 
● BA/BS preferred and MBA or Advanced Degree is a plus
● 5+ years Networking or High-Technology Industry Sales
● Pre-Sales experience required. Candidates with Voice/Collaboration CCIE/CCNA certification preferred
● Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Must work effectively in a virtual environment with a strong ability to disseminate information within an Area
