JOB SUMMARY: Construction Manager Lead has a leading and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission, Network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc. It is responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, customers and suppliers in accordance to Ericsson requirements and customer contract. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop regional delivery strategy/processes for all Network Rollout/Site Development projects Evaluate new vendors for delivery supply chain Maintain KPI's / Quality on existing vendors and internal regional organization Handle escalations from customer's, Key Account Manager (KAM), Project management and vendors Review installation / test Methods of Procedures Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for delivery tools to include, Einstein, Site Handler, Engineering tools use by ASP's Work with Sales teams to develop costing information for proposals/TPR's Develop overall supplier strategy for regional delivery Task order creation Work with CFR/BD on project supply chain and execution plan. Development of supply chain project cost. Negotiate vendor cost Provide assistance to KAM and BD with new business opportunities for Site Development Services KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree or equivalent in technical related fields 10+ years in telecommunication industry Project Management experience in delivery of telecommunication services Knowledge of NRO/SD practices including: Site Acquisition / A&E / Leasing, Zoning, Civils / Construction, Contract Negotiations, etc. Ability to negotiate with vendors on costs Have broad understanding of Ericsson systems and tools Leadership and conflict resolution skills Financial Acumen Customer-centric ADDITIONAL Requirements: Good coaching skills High degree of planning, organization, and executing skills Good communication and management skills High developed administration skills Cost awareness High social skill and awareness Why is Ericsson a great place to work?
