What You'll Do:

You will be a Cloud Video Specialist covering customers based in western United States. You will drive sales execution and acceleration of cloud enabled video devices with software subscriptions. These include prospecting, customer proposals, presentations, and business justification to land new customers. You will focus on direct and “high touch” sales activities; pipeline and forecast management. You will drive video sales plays into accounts, customer and field/geo engagement.

This Cloud Video Collaboration Specialist is a Product Sales Specialist (PSS) job role. The PSS role is a quota carrying high performance sales leader who is chartered with accelerating the sales and adoption of cloud enabled Cisco video devices, Spark Board and subscriptions. This role is specifically passionate about driving video and Spark Board sales acceleration.

You will work with the Cisco account teams and Collaboration PSSs to accelerate video device sales and subscriptions.

You will focus on the enablement of the field sales organization (RM/AM/PSS/CSE) to drive cloud enabled video device sales and subscriptions to end customers.

You will be part of a dynamic team with varied strengths that is driving growth and innovation of Cisco Collaboration solutions into the market to meet our customers key business priorities.

Who You Are:

You are highly persuasive, able to sell video experience as business transformative solution and able to drive executive level conversations with customers, procurement, finance, legal, partners, and Cisco teams that translate into orders

  • You have a proven history of exceeding quota, and business objectives
  • You have knowledge and experience in Cisco Collaboration technology and applications
  • You've proven your ability to work cross functionally demonstrating indirect leadership to gain support and investment
  • You have a minimum 5 years successfully selling technology solutions (Video, Conferencing, SaaS, Unified Communications)
  • Excellent written, and verbal communications skills. Proficient in spreadsheets, SFDC.
  • Phenomenal listening skills and strong presentation skills
  • Preferred: 10 years’ experience in selling Video, Enterprise Software, Subscriptions, SaaS
