We are looking for a Customer Services Manager for Service Providers. In this role you would be able to build on your track record of successful services sales and delivery in service provider accounts. You will be involved in selling complex service solutions to executive management and nurture your network within the customer and partner organizations.  Your success will reflect on sales achievements, long-term customer relationships, and satisfaction.

  • Implement and maintain the sales strategy
  • Meet/Exceed sales targets
  • Develop and manage relationships with new account
  • Fulfill turnover objectives
  • Maintain a high-profile Cisco presence in the market place

Who You Are

  • Education to degree level, preferable
  • Formal training in sales techniques
  • Proven track record of successful services sales and delivery in service provider accounts
  • Deep understanding of Agile, SAFE and joint engagement models
  • Proven experience in selling complex service solutions to executive management.
  • Ability to network within a customer and partner organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.

  • Building positive relationships within the selected accounts
  • Business planning and reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development)
  • Sales forecasting
