What You'll Do

The Client Services Manager role is instrumental to Cisco's objective of services led interactions as a key differentiator to maximize the value of Cisco to our customers and partners to deliver Business Outcomes.
Ideal candidates would have sold solutions into the Service Provider market place including professional services, software and hardware knowledge of the Cisco Solution Portfolio. They have previous experience working in Service Providers and or selling directly to Service Providers, marketplace integrator s and or overlay/support roles. Key Executive relationships with CXO's and CXO influence in the Service Provider Industry are a plus.
Customer meetings, Executive briefings, Internal Strategy meetings
Strategic account planning with COX Sales and Customer Advocacy teammates,
Managing to business plan
Weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting
Consistent territory communications with consulting, direct sales team and engineering teammates, inside sales team members, and service delivery management
Regular external meetings with business partners management and individual contributors
Partnering with Cisco Commercial Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Sales Operations, US Domestic COE team members
Creation and Execution of Service Sales and CLOUD Solution Strategy
Business Intelligence and Analytic s Portfolio Expert Knowledge and close working relationship with the Service Platform Group (SPG)

Who You'll Work With

The Client Services Manager is an integral part of the Services Sales and Charter Account Team and will report to the Client Services Director.

The Client Services Manager is an integral part of the COX Account Team and will report to the Director, Service Sales. This is an Atlanta, GA based position. This business leader manages all aspects of the COX CLOUD, Software, and Business Analytic s Franchises with multiple, matrix support resources, including service bureau for support contracts, working closely and aligning with Service Business Entities including Service Platform Group, Advanced Services, Technical Support, Security and Cisco Managed Services. This will be a Land and Expand Selling Motion position and will align to the COX service delivery support program office. Core competencies include influential leadership, strategic territory account management, relationship development, communications skills, resource management, consultative/solution selling, contracts negotiation and overall customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

Client Services Manager General requirements include BA/BS, post graduate education is a plus but not required.
At least 10 years’ experience of outside sales experience in the high tech industry is required. Previous consulting and/or management experience is preferred. 
An understanding of Cisco cross functional business structure, go-to-market strategy and services/products is beneficial but not required. 
Business travel is 20-40% annually. 
Solid computer skills and use of Microsoft Office is required.
