Chrome OS SW Integration Engineer

Job Description
CCE Chrome team is looking for a Software/System Integration Engineer SIE. SIE works on customer projects directly and provide SW integration support of Intel technologies to customers. The tasks are included, but not limited to:- Consolidate SW integration among coreboot, EC and Chrome OS- Manage source branches- Back-/forward-port kernel patches and upstream patches- Drive issue triage of Intel technologies- Support customers on issue resolution of Intel technologies


Qualifications:- Strong knowledge in Linux and x86 architecture. - Deep understanding of Linux driver development. - Solid programming skills in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python.- Familiar with different I/O interfaces, ex. PCIE, USB, SPI, I2C and etc- Good planning and customer interfacing skills.- Good English communication skill- Experience in development of UEFI BIOS or coreboot is a plus.- Experience in source code control system such as git/ebuild is a plus.
