Job Description

There exist a number of job opportunities to join the Swindon UK integrated circuit implementation engineering team as an undergraduate intern. Within your role you will be part of a team developing product building blocks to be implemented in Intel PMIC products. The roles available include analogue design, RTL digital design and verification. physical design integrated circuit build and electrical performance validation engineering. This is a full year internship commencing in July 2017


This is a 13 month fixed-term placement suitable for students currently studying an undergraduate degree course in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. and is targeted at students enrolled in a 4 years bachelor's or 5 year Master's degree which includes a year in industry. Dependant on the specific role Additional skills required include some or all of the following: Ability to develop and debug in advanced programming languages Familiarity with analogue design tools Practical engineering skills and some knowledge of standard laboratory test equipment A basic understanding of semiconductor device theory A basic understanding of common analogue and digital circuits and ideally some device level circuit knowledge Good team working and communication skills Flexibility and willingness to learn
