The Team & Role
Are you interested in supporting the the SVP of Talent Acquisition (TA), People Planning and Services HR? This Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for working closely with this Executive leader to support and manage the operations and coordination of the Talent Acquisition Leadership, Services HR and People Planning Teams. This position is a "chief of staff" role combining alignment on the  vision, development and implementation of effective management processes and resolution of business issues. The candidate should posses the ability to make recommendations and provide constructive feedback to HR/Talent leaders and executives based on an impartial and analytical assessment. The candidate should be able to effortlessly move from strategic thinking to managing tactical issues. This position requires the candidate to work extensively with the leadership team, partner with the IT and Finance organizations, and work cross-functionally outside of HR. 

Role & Responsibilities
• Define and manage management processes (staff meetings, ops review,  Team off-sites, etc.)
• Align efforts on goals and metrics, partnering with HR and Business Services leadership (with primary ownership of overall metrics)
• Partner with senior leadership team to align and execute against the HR vision
• Provide impartial analysis of Talent Acquisition performance
• Partner with communications team for communications: executive communications, and various  forums ( All-Hands,  Director Forums, etc)
• Partner with Finance on HR Financial strategy and budget planning
• Drive and/or partner with HR Data and Business Services leadership to drive  Business Planning and play key role as liaison and consultant to Data and Business Services’ Portfolio Management Organization
• Partner with Quality organization and internal and external TA audits
• Act as business representative on cross-functional projects, as needed

Minimum Qualifications
• Typically requires BA/BS in Business
• MBA preferred but not required 
• 8-10 years experience in managing operations or program management across all functional areas or in one specific functional area related to HR.
• Experience working in a Human Resources Organization strongly preferred
