What You’ll Do

You’ll develop and implement strategy to enable Cisco Capital to provide best possible support to Cisco China's sales through integrating closely with Cisco's sales team to provide financial solutions to Cisco customers.

 

Primary duties will include:

- Achieve business goals by meeting and exceeding sales quotas, managing linearity, and maintaining forecast accuracy,

- Grow ongoing Cisco Capital customer base,

- Provide leasing/financial training to Cisco's field sales force and channel partner sales forces as required,

- Meet with customers to negotiate pricing, documentation and deal structuring,

- Work with Cisco Capital credit, legal, pricing, & operation to ensure highest ethical standards are met,

- Build productive relationships internally and externally amongst clients in own defined sales area.

Who You Are

- 10+ years directly related experience,

- Proven record in sales strategy execution and customer relationships building,

- Capable in identifying client’s needs and working to meet these needs,

- Strong ability to effectively influence both customs and across functional teams within Cisco,

- Excellent presentation, communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills, and

- Fluent in English and Mandarin
