Job Description

Fab 28 Capabilities Development student will work closely with internal skills development  points of contact providing professional content.

Student will be responsible for advanced people skills development processes and execution, perform extensive analysis, development and maintain certification information systems, including supporting existing applications, developing materials for required performance improvement programs that support the fab milestones and working with internal and external stakeholders.


*Student for MBA / Behavioral Science/ B.Sc. Industrial Eng.

* Ability to work at least 3-4 days a week

* Demonstrated experience in teamwork, customer service and project management in a dynamic and intensive environment

* Administrative management capabilities

* Ability to work and interact with multiple interfaces and work in multi disciplines environment

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills

* Strong data analysis and problem solving capabilities and orientation

* Strong office knowledge

* Fast self-learning abilities

* Excellent English skills
