What You’ll Do

● The MBA Job Rotation Program provides the opportunity to experience the diverse world of a strategy manager in tech. Through a “free market” approach to rotations, each strategy manager holds 3 different roles in 3 years. The program focuses on cultivating diverse individual experiences and creating a community of rock star future leaders. It is intended to develop networking experts across some of Cisco’s core product lines: Networking, IoT, Management, Security, and Business Operations to name a few. The program also operates on free will: enabling and encouraging participants to design their own rotation path while providing exceptional guidance, coaching and visibility from Cisco’s leaders.● Work on unwinding and analyzing highly complex problems, gain insight into the opportunities inherent in those problems, recommend a path forward, and drive execution ● Projects can include: Formulation of long-term strategic priorities and plans, emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive dynamics and internal business performance improvement 

● You will be expected to become an expert in Cisco’s business and have a solid grasp on the markets we serve and competitors we face ● Be a leader on all fronts – from solving problems to consensus building to unstructured team environments to executive interactions

Who You Are

● Currently enrolled in your final year of studies toward an MBA degree ● Good working knowledge of high-tech industry ● Good verbal, written and presentation skills ● Wear multiple hats and ability to manage multiple strategy projects ● Strong excel and modeling skills  ● Comfortable with uncertainty and willingness to take risks 


Qualifications


● Currently enrolled in your final year of studies toward an MBA degree (technical undergrad preferred)
● Self-motivated and highly ambitious
● Strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Excellent teamwork and people skills 
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals
