What You’ll Do


The Business Operations Manager plans, directs and coordinates business operations, provides sales planning and operations support, and sales process advisory services to the sales team (the internal Customer) to help drive sales productivity in support of enabling sales growth.  They will do this by managing and executing business planning and operational activities, policies and processes through operational subject matter expertise, enhanced communication, proactive support and valuable cross-functional partnerships.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop and manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business planning and performance review cadence for ASEAN Commercial business.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports and analytics to provide business visibility to the sales leaders and sales team.
  • Drive operational excellence in funnel management, forecast accuracy, SFDC adoption, transactions assurance process, integrated territory planning etc.
  • Support strategic initiatives with actions and KPI tracking.
  • Derive processes and operations to support change management initiatives.
  • Drive New Year Readiness planning with close interlocks with Sales team and cross-functional teams in segmentation, hierarchy setup, goaling, compensation, KSO’s, systems and tools.
  • Support and drive sales enablement programs, trainings and interlocks.

Who You Are


In order to be successful in this role, you would have experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering, supporting change management and adoption and an ability to identify process & systems improvements & enhancements.


Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related/work experience
  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work as a team player and to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated high-level of maturity and confidentiality.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, a high-degree of efficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, experience in Tableau preferred.
  • Experience working within a high-technology business environment is preferred but not essential.
