<b>What You'll Do</b>

• Manages Medium size internal projects related to organization initiatives and processes in the field of Resource Management and Vendor Maagement.

• Prepare and maintain Project Plan, Risk Registers, Issue Logs , Lessons learnt and other Project related documentations.

• Provides leadership to current RM team, ensure scheduling and people management.

• Manages the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues within given timelines. 

• Coordinates with all counterparts around the globe and ensure adherance to standard processes and practices

• Lead Project teams to deliver once the set up is concluded 

• Identify improvements and optimization on the operating model once set up is completed 

• Recruit, train and coach new team members for RM and VM functions

<b>Who You'll Work With</b>

The team at Bengaluru Global Delivery Center is made of experienced resources in Resource Management discipline to successfully schedule resources for our external Customers in APJC, EMEAR and America region. Skilled and experienced practitioners deal with scheduling of resources for all markets. On the Vendor Management side, a similar team will be in place as soon as we get you onboard to start setting this up! <b>Who You Are</b>

• Bachelor of Engineering /Technology, Master of computer application or equivalent 

• 12-16 years of overall years  experience with a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of Project Management experience in the IT industry.

• Having led the set up of projects/ workstreams in the context of transitions or mobilization would be an advantage

• Hands on experience of using Microsoft Project Plan(MPP), ppt and MS Excel.

• Work experiences with APAC, European or American customers and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent communication Skills

• Travel as per the business requirements within India and Abroad.
