What You'll Do:

The delivery team is seeking a motivated experienced senior business delivery manager to lead and drive next generation agile continuous delivery. In this lead role, you will be responsible for managing end to end delivery release testing and business acceptance. You will be responsible for driving cross-function and program coordination to help to resolve complex business testing issue by working with functional leads and SMEs. You will be responsible for managing Release Reporting, Risk & Issues. As a Business operational manager, you will be accountable to drive business Normalization to stabilize the operations. Be an Agile Transformation champion to drive the consistency, standardizations across all deliveries


<b>Who You'll Work With </b>

You will work with cross functional business architects, IT architects, and Solution team, In addition to working with internal CCE team, release managers d manage 


Who You Are

You have strong business process knowledge across end to end business operations and expertise in end to end software process management. You will bring knowledge of business areas included commerce, ordering, entitlement, licensing, license provisioning, recurring & subscription billing and financials. you also have the special skill of managing and driving cross functional discussion with SMEs and functional leads, along with exposure to IT processes, solutioning and management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years delivery and testing experience. MBA preferred.

Strong business process knowledge to understand end to end business solutions for validations and testing

Proven communication, leadership skills to influence and manage stakeholders.

Strong program and delivery management skills with the ability to work cross functionally and geographically.

Understanding of Cisco's software business is preferred.
