What You'll Do

Are you pushing the envelope? In this role your work will affect the organization from every angle and help set the direction and strategy for Business Operations, Project Management, improve customer experience thru enhancements in process and quality as the Chief of Staff for the Senior Director.

You will influence experienced transformation leads, Program Managers to drive and deliver strategic business outcomes and achieve continuous improvement to process, quality, customer experience through data driven insights. You will lead all aspects of business operations. You will partner with the Technology and Quality Leadership team to drive and facilitate development and execution of group strategy, develop and drive execution of the team operating model, and lead a subset of the strategic initiatives.

Who You Are

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will Inspire and lead an experienced team of transformation leads, business operation and program managers to deliver strategic business outcomes through managing change the business and run the business portfolio and critical cross functional initiatives.
  • You have Operations Expertise: budget, headcount, recruiting, training, rewards & recognition, workforce strategy, organization health and Technology and Quality wide initiatives.
  • You will manage and oversee Quarterly Ops reviews, external and internal communications, organize and facilitate Staff Meetings, Offsite meetings and All-Hands events.
  • You will participate in Planning activities with cross-functional teams and lead the QOS (Quality, Offer-operations and Support) team through the activities.
  • You will be the Chief of Staff /Business Ops lead to the Senior Director of Production Services team: confidante, advisor, problem solver

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate, partner and influence contributing both strategic and tactical programs inside and outside of SSO organization.
  • Experience leading and developing a global team by influence and partnership.
  • Efficient, organized, and consistently delivers results with high quality. Self-directed; able to define objectives and work under fast pace dynamic environments. The ability to sense opportunity with multi-focal intelligence.
  • Ability to think quickly, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and proactively recommend preventative course of action. Quick but thorough grasp of the salient issues and details of each initiative to be able to make evaluations and recommendations.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering/Services/Operations/Business
