What You'll Do
We have an exciting Business Analyst/Manager role open on our Enterprise Networking Sales team! You will be responsible for leading and supporting various sales operations activities including fiscal year planning, sales enablement with systems/tools/processes, reporting, and analytics. You will be the business owner for engaging with various cross-functional organizations in sales, finance, operations and IT to support pipeline management in SFDC, run-the-business reporting and business case analysis for a highly strategic sales organization.

The WW Enterprise Networking Sales team is a high-performing, experienced sales team focused on of the latest Networking technologies. Our goal is to have a broad impact on the Cisco sales organization to accelerate sales of our solutions while enabling customers and partners to be successful. The team influences innovation, technology and enablement to assist Cisco as it continues to evolve as a market leader, preserve top-line margins and offer unique customer solutions with differentiated advantages over the competition. You will be part of the Strategy, Planning & Operations organization in support of the Worldwide Software sales team.
Our team collaborates cross-functionally with GEO Sales, Marketing, BE, HR and Finance.
 
Who You Are
You've got experience with analytics and reporting with exposure to finance and operations at Cisco. You have a keen interest in data-driven insights and recommendations. Your strong communication skills help you influence others.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
* More than 5 years sales/business operations/finance experience
* Strong Excel and other data analysis tools skills
* Deep expertise in financial modeling required
* Familiar with Cisco's Software and Services portfolio
* Expert in internal Cisco enterprise data systems and processes used for financial reporting
* Experience with SFDC required
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is extremely comfortable with ambiguity
* Strong communication skills
* Excited about being part of Cisco’s transformation as a software and solutions company
* MBA is a strong plus
