The Team

We are looking for talented business or economics students who enjoy working in a fast paced team, learning something new every day and who are not afraid of taking on responsibility early on in their careers. The Chief Digitisation Office team has a Global remit to deliver projects to enable ease of doing business with Cisco, improve customer, employee and partner experience, develop analytics capabilities and automate business processes. The CDO Team will be focused on delivering cross functional development within the EMEAR


What you will be doing

  • Analyze internal processes, data, and problems
  • Identify new business models and benefits from enabling new capabilities
  • Map internal processes and improve how people work together

What we look for:

  • In the last year of studies or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field 
  • Strong academic performance (minimum of 2.1)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making and critical thinking
  • High level of customer focus and service excellence as you seek proactive and practical solutions 
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers and cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent communication skills, “can do” attitude and team player in global environment 
  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments
