<b>The Business Entity</b>
Cisco Refresh is an evolution of the Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment (CCRE) program. Leveraging the circular economy, the Cisco Refresh brand forms the cornerstone of a range of value-added lifecycle solutions for our Partners and customers, including but not limited to remanufacturing and selling pre-owned Cisco equipment.

<b>The Team</b>

Sale of Cisco pre-owned equipment is a $3B market. The Cisco Refresh organization is driving aggressive sales and growth targets to become the #1 or #2 player in this market. The Cisco Refresh organization is like a small startup and consists of a dynamic team that is responsible for all aspects of the business such as Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, IT, Sales, and Marketing.


<b>Role & Responsibilities</b>

  • Drive solutioning, change management, stakeholder communications, and managing both long and short-term delivery plans
  • Identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to team.
  • Understanding the Business decisions and translating them into business requirements and project deliverables.
  • Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key business metrics, performance against targets, trending to senior management and how using this information will lead to increased productivity and profitability.
  • Strong Presentation skills.
  • Project management skills is a plus.
  • Working on MPP/other project planning tools is a plus.

<b>Minimum Qualifications</b>

● Degree in an Engineering strongly preferred

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Great MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

● Good presentation skills
  • Project Management Skills 

<b>Desired Skills</b>

● Out-of-box thinker who can effectively use and improve existing business processes.

● Self-starter with passion for results

● 1-2 years of work experience in related field preferred
