What will you do:

Seeking a highly motivated individual to play a critical role in supporting the EMEAR Sales Execution team .

Main responsibilities will be:

§ Support Sales Readiness objectives and coordinate all Sales compensation changes
§ Enable data management, dashboards and business analytics for EMEAR strategic priorities
§ Provide greater visibility to BPM, S&P and Sales Management on business performance & improvement

Sales Readiness

§ Create & communicate relevant status reports for Sales Readiness
§ Act as a POC for EMEAR compensation governance
§ Support roll-out of new compensation models in EMEAR
§ Provide ad-hoc analysis to support delivery of key milestones
§ Support roll-out of Anaplan for EMEAR
§ Manage user set-up & permissions of Sales Readiness tools
§ Advise key EMEAR stakeholders on tool & process enhancements
§ Act as point of contact for training and queries as needed

Scorecard & Dashboard management

§ Drive Sales Performance Visibility enhancements
§ Enable BPM to drive consistent adoption across all Theaters
§ Enable selected KPI tracking for EMEAR strategic priorities
§ Support BPM in identifying & measuring corrective actions
§ Develop & manage role mix analysis in partnership relevant teams

Business Analytics

§ Goaling reconciliation & integrity
§ Coordinate Sales Recognition Program
§ Support BPM leads in driving Funnel and Forecast analysis
§ Support BPM leads on providing Training attendance reports
§ Propose data management improvement

Who You'll Work With:
The position will interact with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to provide key business analytics, support business reviews, and facilitate decision-making efforts.

Who You Are:


• Experience as a business analyst, business operations, or finance analyst
• Familiar with some of Cisco main tools & processes such as SAVM, SFDC, CGI, OCG/OIC, NYR, Financial reporting, DISE
• Understanding of Sales Compensation schemes and relevant processes would be plus
