Who You'll Work With

The role of Talent Acquisition Business Analyst is to provide analytical and reporting support for the Global Talent Acquisition (TA)organization.

You will partner with Theatre TA Operations Managers and the TA Business Intelligence Team to deliver operational performance data to clients within the TA Organization and also to partner with HR and with the Business.

What You'll Do

The position's first priority is to take on existing routine reporting to maintain the current cadence of information flow. The person in this role will also provide ad-hoc analytical support at the theatre and global level and will work closely with other analysts in a global team in dynamic geographies, to help drive expansion and development of the global Recruiting Metrics Business Intelligence team’s capability.

The Required Skills We Are Looking For Are:

Direct expert-level Excel experience with:

  • Advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Working with, combining, and manipulating very large data sources effectively
  • Using charts to build presentations
  • Known to develop/manage reports and processes to collect and maintain business data is a requirement
  • Developing reports and presenting solutions to key partners on a periodic basis
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with individuals across various functions and levels
  • Use the most productive and efficient data and information gathering methodologies and tools for particular analytical tasks
  • Attention to detail and the dream to work towards finding the root cause of any data integrity issues
  • Effective time management skills to ensure required output is delivered to meet sensitive deadlines
  • Ensure conformity with globally defined operations functional standards
  • Perform operational analysis as needed
  • Social skills that welcome and develop participation as a team member of a highly matrixed global organization
  • Support global inquiries from those individuals who demonstrate the published data/reports
  • You will work autonomously and use own initiative, as well as being able to chip in to creating a successful team environment

Desired Skills:

  • You are able to work in a very fast paced, results-oriented organization where leadership, risk-taking, collaboration and commitment to execution are needed and welcomed.
  • Experience using and creating Access Databases would be advantageous
  • You have experience using Tableau would be of benefit
  • Project management capability
  • Good communication skills

Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent plus experience in an operational role or environment.
