<b>What You'll Do</b>
The Business Analysis Manager will establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders contributing key roles and responsibilities to make a successful engagement, and build in-depth understanding of stakeholders business, function and priorities. You will understand BI & Analytics strategy, market direction and industry, enabling partnerships with Cisco business units to define, recommend and agree BI strategy to enable Digitization across Cisco. you will be responsible for the successful delivery and completion, on-time and on-cost delivery of all project commitments with customer satisfaction. In this role you will engage with resources in a matrix organization working across multiple delivery teams to successful delivery project commitments with customer satisfaction. The Business Analysis manager will design and gather requirements for metrics, dashboards and analytics to support the stakeholders. You will work with the BI Governance team and stakeholders to assess, plan and advise on data, metric and analytic model governance. Provide effective communication with team and leadership and Stakeholders. Identify complex issues and resolves complex problems that impact strategic direction. You will be able to articulate Data Science approaches and techniques including Forecasting, Predictive, Prescriptive and Modelling, work successfully in a cross functional and cross time-zones environment, and perform project planning, capacity planning and manage multiple priorities. Assess Risks, Resolve Issues to Closure, Drive Improvements and Change

<b>Who You Are</b>
You have proven stakeholder management skills and partner with the business function to provide BI. You have the ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals and track and measure results. Your experience of Project Management Tools and techniques, familiarity with data governance techniques needed along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presentations skills. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and frequent context-switching in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. or Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years' professional industry experience in a similar capacity. With 5+ years’ experience in analytics, systems, information technology (IT), data management, IT based project management.
Desired Skills
• Familiarity with Tableau, MS BI, Business Objects or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Data Science Tools and techniques.
• DMAIC Green Belt preferred
• Experience of DMAIC or CRISP-DM methodology.
