Description * This
position is located in Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance is available,
if needed.



Oversee
Cricket Wireless and agency team involved in content creation and publishing
for established Cricket social channels including Google+, Facebook, Instagram,
Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube and more.



Support the
Social Media Center of Excellence.



Lead new
content strategies across channels both locally and nationally to amplify
positive engagement with fans, increase community growth and drive impressions.



Oversee
local social media execution working closely with Sales and Retail teams as
well as third-party retailers.



Mentor and
guide the team in finding opportunities to positively engage with fans using
pre-existing assets and creative.



Reinforce
the need to collaborate and create integrated communications plans working
across the entire Cricket Corporate Communications Team to include employee
communications and external (traditional) PR.



Lead new
strategies to tell Cricket’s story through social content.



Oversee all
social video and creative production with internal and external partners.



Provide
guidance and counsel to Cricket Social Care/Community Mgt team to ensure
messaging and responses are aligned with Corporate Communications in order to
mitigate crises and protect the brand.



Provide
counsel and support on existing social media tools including Sprinklr and new
ones under consideration.



Work with
other company (Cricket and AT&T) departments including Marketing, Legal,
Customer Care, Brand/Advertising and eComm to stay up-to-speed on various
initiatives and maintain social knowledge base including platform changes and
emerging opportunities.



Previous
experience or strong understanding of traditional Public Relations strategies
and tactics a plus.



Supervisory: YES



- 5years’ experience in social media



- 2-4years of video and creative production experience

Public Relations experience a plus

Degree can vary from Liberal Arts to Public Relations, Communications,
Marketing or Business



- A
strong communicator who can represent team in Senior Leadership Meetings



- An
affinity for technology especially mobile devices



- A
digital native with a functional understanding of multiple social platforms,
including but not limited to Facebook (and Facebook Fan Pages), Twitter,
Snapchat, Google+, LinkedIn and YouTube.
