Cisco is an engaging place to work and build a career.  In the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Future Workforce Development team, we drive programs to help sales talents progress in their careers, increase professional visibility & exposure, and contribute to the Cisco culture & within our ecosystem. We are seeking a program manager who will have both strategic and tactical responsibility to drive and implement our initiatives together with key stakeholders inside Cisco and outside Cisco.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, execute and manage hiring, retention, and career development initiatives. You will be responsible for building accountability mechanisms to ensure successful execution
  • Ensure alignment with Cisco’s APJ business objectives by facilitating cross-functional workgroups to drive execution of your initiatives

Who You Are

You're a passionate, accomplished Program/Project Manager who has led and ensured successful execution for key projects. You're also a creative thinker who often searches for innovative solutions that will differentiate Cisco from the rest. You've got extensive experience in program, project and change management with a proven track record – and interest in hiring, talent development, and career acceleration trends.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 5 years of experience in program management in sales/marketing or talent space 
  • Strong project management skills with ability to execute programs from planning, conceptualization, presentation, execution, and measurement
  • Thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, and innovation
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and influencing abilities
