Description Advanced Tier 2 support for Incidents related to Cisco IP data and voice environment - Including the technical and leadership skills with good English communication skills required to diagnose and recover from complex IPT problems in real time and restoring the service per customer expectations.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Responsible for the day to day operations, incident resolution and advanced technical support related to Cisco data and voice infrastructure.

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

CCNP Collaboration / Voice certification or equivalent working experience.

- Experienced with remote access tools and ticketing systems.

- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents in customer environment.

- Advanced understanding of LAN and WAN Internetworking Devices - Routing, Switching, Subnetting.

- Advanced understanding and Working knowledge of the data flow between various network infrastructures and their end points.

**Education and Qualifications:**

- Cisco CCNP/CCVP certification

- University degree or equivalent

- 2 years of relevant work experience (LAN, IPT, etc.) desired

**Additional Information:**

This position needs to support 24/7 business need with rotational shift pattern.

Working hours include team coverage from Mon-Fri 12am-1:00pm and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Working time: EMEA hours and/or 24/7 shift pattern
