Description Performs administrative task related to planning and scheduling personnel to meet customer service levels. Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of labor practices, policies, procedures, and force management systems. Ensures that appropriate personnel are scheduled to meet desired service levels while achieving maximum efficiencies.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Office supplies deliveries – receipt and distribution and Storage / supply inventory

• POC for copy / printers maintenance

• Assist with organization and set up of events

• Assistance with maintenance requests – POC

• Assist with supply requests issues

• Hanging boards / signs as needed throughout center

• Maintain contact list /share site for MC important links / info

• Assist with lease roll

• Assist with RIM

• Admin needs for center – print and post flyers / announcements as needed

• Assist with new hire class needs - supplies etc.

• Headsets – Assignment for new hire employees

• Creation & Audit of expense reports

• Onboarding for new hires

• General site support

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

• Fully Bilingual (English - Spanish)

• Adept at utilization of company-wide system for reporting

• Time Management

• Good Communication skills

• Works under pressure

**Education and Qualifications:**

High School Completed
