Job Description

Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: Drafts, composes, types, and proofs correspondence using current office software applications; creates and sustains systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information; schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events; organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department; makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports; maintains office supplies; manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending; serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures; and is a resource for office related software applications. Duties may also include execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations. Copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems.

Qualifications: Successful candidate must provide responsible, quality administrative support to Senior Executives and their staff. This job requires a very highly organized individual with superb written and verbal communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. - It is essential that this candidate have demonstrated strong organization/project management skills, along with the ability to manage a number of diverse responsibilities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.. - The candidate must have demonstrated excellent Microsoft Office proficiency - especially with SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. This entails data management/analysis and managing the department organization charts and resources. - A minimum of 5 year's Administrative experience where the individual was supporting teams in multiple geographies. - Coordinate multiple concurrent requests requiring exceptional organization and follow up skills and the ability to independently problem-solve and escalate issues to resolution. This entails managing Staff members' calendars, scheduling large meetings i.e., logistics including agenda, bridge, rooms, and other-related activities. - Manage and attend department and staff meetings to assist capturing staff AR's as appropriate. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills with all levels of employees and management. - Must be a team player who will support project assignments from the organization's administrative team and from within the department. - Must be able to accomplish flawless execution with limited supervision and direction in a fast
