Job Description

CCG is seeking for an experienced and organized individual to provide quality and reliable administrative support. Needs to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals & groups. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: types correspondences using current office software applications creates and sustains of confidential information schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar schedule for manager and/or department coordinates and negotiates for time with other admins for complex meetings and international travels. The responsibilities will also include organizing FTF meetings and events, managing departmental recognition, tracking headcount and spending serving as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. The individual will work closely with the teams Admin Lead.


The requisition is open for Student in their 1st or 2nd degree with at least 3 full working days/week.
Additional qualifications include: -Demonstrated experience in teamwork, customer service and project management in a dynamic and intensive environment -Self-managed with influencing, decision-making, project management and problem-solving skills -Strong customer orientation -Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills -Good proactive and initiative skills -Excellent knowledge of English and effective written and verbal communication skills -Advanced Excel* skills Macros, Pivot Tables, etc., PowerPoint, Word, and other SW programs.
