Job Description


ADAS Mechanical engineer, is the go to person to develop creative Autonomous Driving solutions and enable rapid prototyping. He/She is responsible for designing and prototyping needed mechanical enhancements for the Autonomous Driving Vehicles. He/She is expected to be hands on and deliver the prototypes working with vendors, customers and also other partners.


1. Develop creative and novel solutions to enhance the Vehicle's to be ADAS/AD capable.

2. Create structurally, thermally stable Autonomous Driving components housing

3. Design enclosures by simulating road conditions and also gathering data from the real-world experiments.

Qualifications: * BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience * 1+ years mechanical engineering experience * Design and implement complex mechanical assemblies. * Experience in product designs using FEA and CFD for shock and vibe, thermal and certification performance. * Experience with manufacturing technologies such as sheet metal, plastic injection molding, machining and die casting * Experience in 3D modeling, and developing physical prototypes * Experience in structural and thermal analysis * Robotics, Robotics Operating System (ROS) and/or mechatronics experience preferred * Knowledge of Car mechanical aspects is highly desired
