Account Manager team are in need of a highly motivated, entrepreneurial minded sales professional who is looking to work with Cisco's largest customers in Argentina to bring new solution to this market. 
As Cisco continues to make new investments, this role works hand in hand with our corporate leads to define markets and business models that help our customer on their journey to digitize companies, cities and Countries. 

What You'll Do

Cisco seeks experienced Account Managers for specific regional and/or functional areas. 
This position requires a strong aptitude for identifying customer business needs and for building relationships with primary influencers in the purchasing decision process. An ability to understand and work with organizations at all levels is also essential. The ideal candidate has extensive client-side experience or industry experience in a similar role, and is comfortable with developing mid- and long-term strategy, budgeting and other business needs. Creating demand for Cisco Solutions and driving business relevance within the customer's key decision makers. Contribute toward and Execute against the sales strategy, managing and developing key Client relationships to maximize Cisco wallet-share and profitability. Driving to exceed team goals as well as hitting personal targets, contributing to overall profitability, success and positive image of Cisco in the marketplace. Provide vision and leadership to in-country teams, enhance sales team productivity through strong leadership and productivity enhancements Leads major cross-functional projects affecting Cisco business, product, or service leadership, articulate product and services strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develops and executes sales strategies and tactics that maximize Cisco opportunity within the customer environment.
• Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting.
• Direct customer contact comprises a major portion of this role 
• Presents and leads customer’s in discussions to advance the sales process.
• Defines, communicates and implements the Go to Market strategy for allocated segment - ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.
• Builds executive relationships within the Customers portfolio - articulates Cisco product and business strategies, creates the demand and leads customer discussions to advance the sales process.
• Ensures a high degree of Customer satisfaction with Cisco products and services 
• Develops and delivers accurate revenue forecasts in line with business objectives. Interacts with other Cisco teams (Product Sales Specialists, Business Development Managers, Systems Engineers, Advance Services, Customer Advocacy, Cisco Capital, Verticals), to effectively leverage the Cisco value proposition 
• Applies knowledge/skill to a range of activities; acts as a source of expertise for others in own product/sales area.
• Proactively acts to understand client needs and identity solutions to non-standard tasks. 
• Actively creates business opportunities to build qualified funnel 
• Works independently to meet agreed targets 
• Develops sales plans for own accounts in line with company strategy, 
• Influence management to achieve their sales goals
● Build strategic and high level relationship with top influencers into the service provider
● Create a solid short, mid and long term pipeline of business opportunities pipeline including strategic solutions and business model to respond the customer need into the Media for our Service Providers accounts

● Expert on procurement process for the service provider

● Influencer for business partners to penetrate all franchises into the service providers customers
● Excellent discipline and practice of funnel and forecast management

● Will be responsible for managing outcome-based client relationships with the client. 
● Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace. 
● Interface with key Cisco extended team resources (ex. Advanced Services and Advanced Technology), and direct activities within the client as appropriate
● Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and manufacturers as per the clients' overall solution architecture
● Maintain a high-profile, professional Cisco presence through business value creation and solutions oriented selling. 
● Control costs to ensure that expenditure is being managed in line with budgets
● Develop and deliver accurate short and long-term sales forecasts in line with business objectives

Who You Are

• BA / BS degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of successful sales experience 
• Experience in building sales propositions to clients 
• Strong business acumen 
• Comfortable interacting at all levels within an organization 
• Outstanding selling skills in a complex matrix environment – selling to technical people.
• Self-starter
• Excellent negotiation skills (commercial and technical)
