Description AT&T MDU, Multi Dwelling Unit is a consumer field organization responsible for driving sales by securing marketing contracts with owners and developers of apartment, condo and single-family homes within the AT&T service footprint. These partnerships enable MDU to market and grow strategic consumer products and services in these communities.



MDUis currently looking to fill an Account Manager sales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of AT&T's strategic consumer products (U-verse Video, Broadband, Voice, Mobility) at specific locations where MDU has contractual marketing relationships. This position requires strong face-to-face sales and relationship building skills, creativity and the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.



**Responsibilities will include:**



+ Train and motivate property staff to recommend AT&T's consumer products and services.

+ Visiting properties within your assigned module and forming strong relationships with key influencers.

+ Managing budget, scheduling sales events, hosting sales events and coordinating with other AT&T sales channels to drive sales.

+ Meet and exceed specific sales targets.



**Required Qualifications:**



+ Excellent sales skills, motivational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards

+ Reliable transportation, ability to clear a drivers license check

+ Excellent negotiating skills

+ Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent client relationship skills

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

+ Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax



**Desired Qualifications:**



+ One year telecommunications experience

+ A Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or related field

+ Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

+ Ability and desire to meet and exceed specific sales targets
