Date: Nov 10, 2017 Location: Bucharest, B, RO Company: Ericsson Job Summary: We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. Responsibilities: You will support the following systems and functions: Network surveillance, 1st level restoration and preventative maintenance Monitors, performs troubleshooting, fault acknowledgement and fault analysis for Billing, CRM and Provisioning systems for telecom operators Manages fault resolutions and service deliveries for Business Support Systems in the production environment Work with the application for trouble ticket management Maintains the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs Provides resolutions to service requests and faults identified by other area or raised via a corporate system that relate to BSS systems Solves standard problems in the Business Support Systems area based on the existing procedures Interprets / understands technical information and prepares technical documentation Interacts with other Technicians, customer technical staff and other groups within Service Delivery organization ( Back Office, SDM, other Front Office teams) Controls and manages complex technical situations/projects in a calm and professional manner (required to provide technical input in technical conference bridges) Work on shift 24x7 Work in an international environment, with customers and suppliers Use effectively telecom knowledge to manage faults and customer demands No direct customer interaction Key Qualifications: Technical university degree, engineering or computing Formal training in the use/administration of Unix Oracle Training, SQL training, others Fluent English (spoken and written) Additional Requirements: Knowledge sharing & collaboration skills Problem solving & creative thinking Ericsson knowledge English skills Delivering results & meeting customer expectations Analyzing Working with people Manage instructions & procedures Applying expertise & technology What we offer To ensure professional growth, Ericsson offers a stimulating work experience that allow you to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to reach your career goals.
