Our Technical Services Product Management team defines Ciscos Services portfolio and offerings which our customers depend on every single day. These include Product, Software, Solutions Support, Technical Services and Advantage offers for both Enterprise and Service Provider Segments. We hold our product managers accountable to act as the CEO of their portfolio and process by building capabilities in six key areas:

  • Customer Experience Grounding: Ability to design customer centric experiences throughout the customer experience journey and apply design thinking
  • Market Assessment & Orientation: Ability to develop deep understanding of market trends, partner eco-systems & competitive strategies
  • Business Insight: Ability to drive business strategy, go to market approach, monetization / pricing models, tracking key performance indicators and standard financial metrics
  • Technical Skills: Ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions, roadmap / portfolio planning and understanding the services development lifecycle
  • Soft Skills (EQ): Ability to lead teams, communicate w diverse groups, negotiate and inspire change across the organization
  • Enablement: Enable & promote innovation through talented teams and individuals, test & learn culture, and innovation oriented standard methodologies

This role you will become part of our team defining a state of the art portfolio for our global customers.

  • You've achieved 8 years’ experience in a technology vertical in a product management, strategic or analytical role with a similarly focused degree

  • You have a passion for improving customer experience
