What You'll Do

As a Project Manager for the Americas Service Transition team, in the CMS Regional Centre in RTP, NC or Austin, TX, your roles and responsibilities will be to:

·       Develop good understanding of the CMS Service and Delivery

·       Create and maintain Service Transition Project Plans and execute in a dynamic environment

·       Communicate and Track project status through regular meetings and sync ups with stakeholders

·       Establish good working relationship with stakeholders across different Cisco/ CMS functions namely Sales, Business Development and Service Operations

·       Collaborate with experienced technical staff

·       Report to senior management on project status on a weekly basis

·       Participate in customer workshops and conduct kick-off meetings for Service Transition

·       Take responsibility and drive multiple projects (up to 4)


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Certifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Telecommunications. University degree in other fields/ specializations will be considered, if the candidate has relevant experience

·       6-8 years in the IT Industry, and minimum 3 years relevant experience as a Project Manager implementing IT infrastructure projects

·       Customer facing experience in a multi-national/ multi-cultural environment

·       Experience working with cross functional stakeholders

·       PMP/ Prince 2 Practitioner Certified. Candidates with foundation level certifications will be considered if they can demonstrate experience in implementing IT infrastructure projects.

·       ITIL Foundation knowledge, certification is a plus.

·       Solid English communications, both written and oral are a necessity. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
