What You'll Do
You will be responsible for a number of activities related to team operations and delivery support, including:
  • Driving business analysis activities in support of the Advanced Services Emerging Technologies team
  • Providing data intelligence through generation of complex reports and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations
  • Partnering with Incubation leaders on engineering support and performance reporting
  • Supporting and implementing process changes around portfolio prioritization with Product Management
  • Supporting framework and data analytics of investment performance and ROI
Who You'll Work With
This role reports within the Cisco Advanced Services team which focuses on operational excellence and business performance measurement. 

Who You Are
You have good project management skills including identification of key stakeholders, ability to achieve agreement, development of sound action plans and consistent follow-up. (PMP is a plus)  You have excellent team cooperation, collaboration, and motivation skills coupled with strong communication skills and influencing skills to negotiate with multiple levels of management across the organization.

Our minimum requirements are the following:
• 5+ years of related experience
• BA / BS or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus)
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and other reporting tools and processes that support conducting analyses.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in data sets, locate points of influence, and communicate synthesized data results.
• Ability to proactively identify issues/risks and propose solutions
• Ability to identify and establish partnerships with stakeholders to build support, secure sponsorship, and ensure alignment for project outcomes, end-products and/or solutions
• Ability to create or re-engineer processes, resources, structure to gain productivity and improve execution.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Services organization is a plus
• Excellent MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Webex skills (also MS Project, Vovici Survey Tool, and MS SharePoint experience are a plus)
