Financial Analyst, Americas Advanced Services

What You'll Do 
You will be in a high demand role supporting the growing Americas Services (AS) business, providing finance support while setting expectations and driving greater accountability. You will have the unique opportunity to support a full P&L with revenue, COGS, and margin responsibilities. These activities include monthly & quarterly forecast, ad hoc analysis and day-to-day reporting. Additional responsibilities will include:

● Analyze, report, and evolve bookings, revenue, and profitability forecast models utilizing inputs from cross functional partners.

● Lead and ensure excellence through execution and focus on leadership development consistent with finance cultural mantras.

● Help build world-class FP&A operating process and efficient reporting structures to support the new AS operating model and overall corporate processes.

● Develop and implement standardized monthly reporting for each delivery area, financial metrics, and commentary. Drive expense and headcount management within the region inclusive of planning, approval, tracking, and accruals.
● Provide robust analytics to track financial performance and provide advisory support to leadership on strategic decisions and execution of key business goals and initiatives.
● Ensure compliance in all aspects of the business.

You will be a member of Advanced Services Finance, an organization within Sales and Services Finance (SSF). This is a dynamic and impactful team supporting the AS organization and its transformation. The AS Finance team plays a vital role in Cisco’s business growth and profitability in our role as key advisors to our delivery business partners.

Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience. 
● Strong collaboration, presentation, influencing, and communications skills and ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously required. 
● Advanced Excel skills required. 

Desired Skills
● Experience with Cisco Finance applications including Plan-It, SI2000, and Hyperion Essbase
