What You'll Do
You will lead a services business in the US Public Sector market as a general manager accountable for growing profitable revenue of advising, implementing, optimizing, and managing offers. In this capacity, you will have direct reporting responsibility for people delivering Managed Security Services and will be the steward for Advanced Services where success is measured by growth rate, profitability, and quality of service delivery in security. As the steward, the objective is to identify and address themes across US Public Sector, enable collaboration cross functionally, prepare the workforce for future security services, and facilitate prioritization and investment decisions. While not a commissioned role, you’ll partner with sales daily to shape the selling focus on Security Services and ensure security expertise in delivery is leveraged to improve opportunity capture.

  • You can articulate how a services capability from Cisco relates to customer mission impact
  • In addition, you have proven ability to coach teams to align innovation towards customer success
