12-Months UAE Retail and Marketing Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Support the development and execution of country consumer / retail strategies.

Support the development and tracking of go to market programs for direct and indirect partnering marketing programs.

Support development and implementation of field coverage, sales support collateral, training, sales tools for field sales employee.

Track and analyze sales out data and/or indicators to improve retail programs / activities impact.

Engage, direct and manage retail marketing agency and other third party vendors towards Intel Strategies.

Agency management support: coordinating creative production process and providing guidance to marketing agencies.

Feed digital channels with content: content review/approval and report analysis.

Merchandising assets customization and coordination of local production.

Support/coordination for the marketing assets localization/customization revision including new products material, reference cases and Intel.com content.

Coordination of small events with customers and partners.

Interface with agencies and customers on Programs and Campaign execution.

Collaboration in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to launch products and demand generation activities.


Qualifications

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Excellent analytical and presentation skills Use of MS Office and Adobe applications
Advanced English proficiency, Arabic a plus
Qualification: BSc degree in Management/Marketing or related field
